It's been awhile for me (10 years!!!) can someone give me a refresher on how it works if I wanna drink after baby is born? like how much do I need to already have pumped and saved to have a night of drinking and be okay? and how much will I need to pump & dump... etc...
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I now have a baby that won't drink from a bottle.....for now at least, 3 Walmart bags full of milk and I honestly wouldn't pump if I didn't have to. I wish I knew a mother in need near me, I remember the overwhelming stress of every drop.
I need strength.. I don’t know how much more I can take 😓🙏🏼
If I have no credit, and have never gotten a loan before... How do I go about getting a $15k loan ?? Will the bank let me, or do I need to build credit first, or? 🤷 ♀
I hate water so so much, I'm having such a hard time drinking as much as possible 😥

Per 2 hours between feedings you may drink 2oz liquor. One mixed drink or one 12oz beer.

There is no need to pump and dump the alcohol will leave your milk when it leaves your blood stream.

They told me u can drink and pump milk don't throw it away just freeze it and the alcohol disappears
