I'd give an hour or so, of they go away, or lessen then probably braxton hicks. Real contractions get to the point you can't walk or talk or hardly move during them.

I heard somewhere that if you can talk through the contractions then they are Braxton hicks if you can't then it's real!

Wait a lil longer. if u feel like u need to poop n the pain doesn't go away, u should go in.
