My name is Laura and I have a beautiful almost 5 year old little boy who is my entire world. My boyfriend and I would love to give him a little sibling :) we're going to start this June after a very long year of planning and I am so anxious to go through this all over again and so excited to be able to share this with our little boy <3.... Oh and the waterbabies is because my son and I are both cancers and our next baby we are planning to be a pisces we hope, just like daddy :)

So I'm 38 weeks and my baby already measures at 8 lbs...I'm kinda scared he will be way too big by the time he's here. His belly measures over 39 weeks tho! Has anyone had any success with trying to jump start labor? anything that can make it a little easier when the time comes or hurry up the process. I don't have another appointment till mid next week and I'm kinda so over being pregnant. :( havnt had more then 2 hours of sleep at a time in 3 days :\

So I'm 37 weeks 2 days. I just had the baby measured and he's at about 7 lbs and 9 oz. Give or take a pound. and his head is 9.3cms. since I've have gestational diabetes my doctor mentioned maybe a c section if needed. What are my chances I can just be induced by this weekend? He wouldn't make me go another week would he? Couldn't the baby get too big?

these 3 hours are going to go by so slow...I really wish I woke up sooner I'm getting so hungry after drinking that stupid sugar water stuff :(

So I just found out I failed my glucose test and my numbers came back around 215...I'm pretty sure I'm going to fail the 3 hour test as well and I'm pretty sure I now have diabetes to add to my list of problems this pregnancy :\ did any other moms go through this? did anyone have a number that high but passed the second test? and after the baby is born will my diabetes go away or will it get worse?

might be TMI but do any other moms have bathroom problems? I don't poop till the morning after I eat but it's always painful to the point I feel like I'm going to have the baby right there in the toilet I have to push so hard. but almost every time I don't even go a lot and it's soft or diarrhea so I'm not sure why it's causing so much pain :\ this is the forth day in a row now and I'm scared to eat anything at all :\

so in the morning I go for my main mid ultra sound...but I'm only 16 weeks :\ I'm super anxious that we won't be able to find out the baby gender yet. I honestly would love both! lol so the outcome doesn't matter to me but I really just want to be able to tell our son so we can put a name to this baby already!!!

so if I've been throwing up for 3 days straight almost and I know I haven't really drank anything. could I go to the doctors just to get fluids? I can't keep water down either and have had a killer headache for 3 days and now last night I didn't sleep more then 3 hours and it's really getting to me finally :\

So my doctor scheduled my main mid ultra sound for 16 weeks, when I had my son it was about a month later then that. I'm afraid they won't be able to see the gender since it's still so early it seems. Has anyone else been told the gender at 16weeks through an ultra sound? Were they correct or did it change later when the baby got bigger?
