apparently I can't go anywhere without getting lightheaded/dizzy to almost passing out. also, can't keep my body temperature steady enough so I don't have to constantly feel that way even when laying down or sitting at home. I have to constantly be cold but I can't keep the house cold because of my bf.... any advice on controlling the dizziness maybe? :/ I can't really drink water because it makes me nauseous still.

I think I will. my next appointment is Wednesday and I'm getting tired of not being able to do anything because of dizziness. @ella1007 hopefully they can figure something out and help me.

You should mention it to your dr at your next appt. It could be blood sugar

I can always try the pineapple! thank you @tayek I'm not huge on fruit but I love bananas, pineapple and pears. that's it haha

@dragonlynn, I don't know any that are known to be dangerous, but if you can stand fruit (maybe strawberries, mango, pineapple, those kinda things) it would be a nutrient boost to infuse your water with those!

I mainly eat meat. @reaganmommy2015 and apparently at my WIC appointment they check iron and it was good. actually a little above what they look for. this momma definitely can't go a day without meat. XD and my prenatals have iron in them so I get 150% iron daily

You might be anemic try eating more stuff with iron in it like meat, spinach and so on

@tayek, maybe I can find some water flavoring things that can help with taste. do you know if there's any pregnant women should stay away from?

my man's mom suggested walking and exercising, but how am I supposed to do that when that's when the dizziness happens? -.-' doesn't matter if it's light walking or just standing up....

Yes, ice cold is a huge help all by itself @dragonlynn Don't do lemon lol I want you to feel BETTER not more sick.

I most likely won't try the lemon juice part because thinking lemon turns my stomach any day pregnant or not. but, thanks! maybe just ice cold will do. @tayek

I get like that a lot. I don't handle plain water well, but I put a few drops of lemon juice in it and I can keep it down that way. Ice cold. I hope this helps!
