yesterday a lady scared me because she said I'm doing way too much moving around after having a baby. is there honestly serious things that can go wrong with me? other than little things I feel fine. not working out or running but I am moving from my old house to my new house (with help from my husband of course), climbing lifting things. i have been doing this since about 5 days postpartum. I had an episiotomy, vacuum, and forceps. no complications other than that really. help?
your welcome @melissarose and thank you, I'd hate to have anyone else have that happen to them. Stay safe, your baby needs you
damn! sorry to curse but that's pretty scary! I know about hemorrhaging. I guess it's just one of those things where you think it could never happen to you. glad you're doing better. I feel like it's been about 3 weeks and n things happened yet idk maybe I just need to stop being naive and trying to be super mom. thanks @mommybre14
You could hemorrhage really bad and you wouldn't be near your Dr or anything to stop it there fore bleed out and die from blood loss. I had a really bad experience with it because like you I was moving and I just started bleeding like I I was having a miscarriage but I already had the baby. Was in the er for a week.
I had a c-seccion and move 10 days after birth and everything was fine
I just wish I knew what could go wrong it's been about 3 weeks now and I truly feel okay. I'll be able to relax in about 3 days. thank you for commenting back though.
I think that is too much. You needed to rest for a couple of weeks literally. You can go shopping or whatever but to be safe I wouldn't be moving anything. You may feel fine but it doesn't mean you won't hurt yourself. I had a c section so I know that's different but your not even a week and should be resting.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. ...
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
Please help!
My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
So Dr has sent me in to do labs because I mentioned to him how itchy I’ve been these last couple of days. Any other moms gone through this before? He mentioned if something came up in my blood we’d have to do my section sooner than what it is scheduled for.
thanks 😉😊😊
