That's completely normal! Mine never popped either. Mine kind of flattened out like @kcamps .

it really is crazy how each pregnancy is different bc with my first my belly button never popped it just got deeper and wider....this time around my son tends to only lay right behind my belly button and it popped weeks ago and it hurts so bad all the time!
