I drink a lot of pop it doesn't seem to effect my child or supply but I've been trying to cut down because I'm pregnant again & my mom is on ass lol
I have soda from time to time and caffeine never red Bull though. and honestly by not thinking about how much I drink it I usually only have it when I really want it so it's maybe 1 of each no more than 2 times a week
