HEELLLPP. I think my LO has her days & nights mixed up. She sleeps perfectly fine during the day but come 9-10pm, she gets fed, changed, every thing.. then stays wide awake til the morning 😴😴😴

She will change on her own. My son has been the same way since day 1. He's now a month old and is still mixed up. And I've tried everything

When you put her down for naps during the day is it in the dark? Try keeping her in a well lit room like really bright during the day & then at night make sure it's dark so she knows the difference

Totally normal. It suck, I'm dealing with it too and my son is 3months old. Try to wake her up more during the day and turn off the lights at night when she should be sleeping

When you feed her don't turn any lights on or anything maybe just a little night light so you can see but she will out grow it

She's a very new baby right? They usually still have the days and nights mixes up until you adjust them. It may take a while, but I googled it and asked around and Charlotte's were fixed in a few days. First you need to make sure that during the day you have some light in the room. The sunlight is the best, but a lamp will do. It will help her body with adjusting her melanin (kind of like sleeping hormones). And at night, make sure to keep it dim or dark. It will also help if you have different sleep spaces. For night you put her in her crib, co sleep whatever, but during the day let her nap in the swing or something different. Also a swaddle at night will do wonders. It helped my baby stay asleep much longer. And create a night time routine. Bath time, lotion (the nighttime kind if you have it), get dressed, read a story and feed to sleep is what we do. It will teach them that its nighttime when you do the routine.

I agree with the environment changes stated above! Just be patient your baby will catch on! It is a natural instinct for a baby to stay awake at night more, to keep you aware if there are predators around...once they get the idea that nighttime is for sleep and daytime is for eat, nap play....she will switch it slowly but surely. A baby that young shouldn't be up for maybe 1 to 2 hours at most at a time, because it can get overwhelming and if baby is over stimulated she will stay up longer and be cranky because she doesn't know what to do...even if your baby switches its days and nights correctly, small baby's need to wake aound every 3 hours or so to feed, this is also a reflex designed to help prevent SIDS because you can check on baby more often to make sure she's not to hot or cold, and also to fill her tiny tummy....hang in there mama, I swear the sleeping will get easier! Just keep doing a good job, establish some kind of routine, and seriously sleep whenever the baby naps so you get at least your 8 hours combined! It's broken sleep but that's all your gonna get for a while unfortunately 😯
