Membrane sweep! -
had my membranes swept /stripped yesterday morning & barely am feelings some cramping now.... anyone else had this done with good results? I am 3.5cm 70% effaced.

I didn't really have any signs I was only 1 cm dilated when I had it done. I went to bed on Saturday night and my mucus plug came out ( I know TMI lol) and I went into labor Sunday morning

had mine Monday and I was 3 cm and 80% , still waiting anxiously haha !

Yes! I had it done on a Friday and my son came on Tuesday
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

Had membrane sweep at 11am and very little spotting and that's about it 😣 Even went walking and bouncing on ball.

lucky you! I only had it done yesterday and I have some cramping but that's it. I really hope something starts soon.... @elijahsmom0317
