Is it normal for your doctor to tell you that she doesn't want you to gain any weight during the pregnancy and says to eat 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter on it for breakfast which is suppose to hold you for the next 3 hours??? #firsttimemomma
Apple sauce and apples are my best friends right now. My appetite varies. Sine I changed the way I eat... I'm not so hungry. @0816mommy
I was too until a week ago my appetite is decreasing. I snack on fruit all day now.
This is what I decided to do. Bump them crazy looney doctors! Lol☺️. I was just too hungry all of the time. @0816mommy
I was overweight pre pregnancy so I only gained like 10 lbs total and lost like 30. baby girl is growing fine and will be here Tuesday.
i gained 30 with my first and i am 5 months and have gained 10 so far. if you are not over indulging in sweets and fried junk then you can eat healthy balanced meals and gain weighy naturally.
thats crazy. unless you have diabetees or preclamsia or any of those problems. if you are healthy you should be gaining atleast 25 lbs by the end of your pregnancy.
She said she wants me the same weight pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy. 😶
I would say yes. They call the shots pretty much and know what they're talking about most of the time. In my first trimester she said she didn't want me to gain much to any weight, and that I should eat small and frequent meals, not any big meals. I ate every 3-4 hours. Toast, crackers, cheese, apple sauce... small stuff. I did gain close to 10lbs though even with frequent vomiting.. Don't know how that worked but yeah.
I'm literally hungry allllllll of the time. I don't think it's enough food.
my hunger use to go from 0-100 only sometimes I get hunger pains now.
