need advice. when I have a Braxton hicks contractions I feel like I can't breathe like she's crushing my lungs. is it normal?

shortness of breath can be normal but if you are short of breath and you cannot get your lungs to expand after a while ..then go to the er or labor & delivery. I had this problem and was told it was normal I hadn't gotten any relief after 24 hours of straining my lungs. I went to the er and it turns out my asthma was acting up and the baby had turned head down. The combination of both made me really miserable.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
