Idk what to do, told my midwife about the pains i have been getting and she said it sounds like my SPD playing up so go rest and take paracetamol and if that doesn't work then go to labour ward, but resting and paracetamol is all I have been doing for days , but I feel like I'd know if the baby was coming but idk , ringing labour ward tonight if the pain gets worse and going up tomorrow if it stays the same

Know someone that went for a sweep and they were already 3cm's dilated! She had no idea she was in labour. She was getting pains but nothing major. I would go to the labour ward hun X @sophiegreen

With my first and second pregnancy I just felt a little uncomfortable with my back no major pain or I couldn't recognise any tightening and when they examined me I was 6cm & 7cm x
