who actually told there Dr, about having post partum depression or the blues what questions did they ask you what did they do for it? everyone tells me talk to my Dr. but I don't want them to go call social services or something but im really going through it

Did anyone tear during birth? If so what was your go to options to heal yourself? As in what did you use for pain an to take care of the tear. An how long did it take for you to get healed? Any information is helpful.

They won't call social services. My OB had me do a questionnaire, that checks for signs of PPD. More than likely they would put you on medicine.

They won't call social services unless you are a danger to yourself or your baby. I had to talk to a psychiatrist got a bit after I had my daughter due to it. They'll teach you some coping skills
