I'm sorry I post so much... last one for the night though, anyone have tips on going to sleep while pregnant... my insomnia has returned and medicine is not really a choice... I'm so tired feel like I got hit by a train.. tips ladies tips please
I miss my son being that young but at the same time I don't because at that age we were still in the hospital
@jsmommy0501, no problem 😊 I had a ton of energy until I hit about 32-34 weeks and that's when my insomnia got really bad and when I hurt so bad at night that I couldn't move or roll over or get comfortable so I had to find ways to help...I don't miss the insomnia from pregnancy, I would much rather be up all night with my son (2 weeks and 3 days old) lol
@jaxxons_momma1997, thank you.. the insomnia thing while pregnant is a new experience for me.. with my son all I wanted to do was sleep
I put a pillow between my legs and one under my belly but took a hot shower or bath with Epsom salt before I'd lay down and also use a heating pad with a towel over it to relax your muscles because they work so hard during the day to hold baby and the extra weight, also sleepy time tea was very comforting before bed to help relax!
