Usually every night I take a late night bath before bed because it helps me relax but last night and tonight once I got out I start having contractions... Should I not take a bath it's hard for me to stand in a shower for that long.

I don't think it was too hot I know I can't take hot baths but maybe it was to warm could that be it?
