My baby boy fell and got hurt pretty bad a little bit ago. His upper nose is badly swollen, almost black and its going over his eye a little)': My car is broke down and all my family and friends are drunk and/or asleep so I can't take him to the ER. I'm freaking out!

It will heal. Children are rough and get hurt all the time. They are almost like monkeys, because they climb, fall, jump, roll, and everything else. Best bet is to always stay calm! Glad your boy is ok though!
I went to the er and everything's fine but he has a black eye now
He smacked it on an end table corner while trying to reach for something.
From the picture it doesn't look broke I would need to know what happened. I wouldn't worry unless he starts to get sleepy watch him and keep a close eye on him.
Ok you need to call the emergency room explained what happened, but most of all you need to stay calm and not freak out kids can sense that.
not out of his nostrils but it did out of the wound. He can't stand up on his own because the swelling is messing with his vision
put ice on his nose did it bleed when it happened
I tried that too, they all were drinking): this had to happen on new years! I don't have the money for an ambulance ride either.
He's being surprisingly calm right now but I also gave him pain medicine
