How big was everyone's first baby? My due date is Jan 3rd they say she's already about 8 pounds but I go to the doctor Tuesday if I don't have her by then they are going to talk about inducing me I really don't want to be induced but I'm scared she's going to be too big and I wont be able to push her out I don't want a csection!

dont lanic my sister was told her baby was way over weight and she needed to be induced and her daughter weighted 6 pounds 2 ounces don't always believe what they say by ultrasound do what you fee lif right
@macyysmommy, they told me based on ultrasound but it is only a estimate
my daughter was 6 lbs 15 oz and I had her 3 days past her due date
I had a c section at 37.2 weeks bc of my daughter wanted 2 have her feet in my birth canal from 30 weeks tell then she was only 5.9 lbs but 19 & 3/4 in long it's hard 4 them 2 tell really I wish u the best of luck hun I really do
Just curious. . I'm a FTM too and how do they know how big your baby is my Dr hasn't said anything about that.. is it by ultrasound? or just what they are going off of a chart or something?
