I am 38 weeks tomorrow and I am having contractions every five minutes they aren't painful just uncomfortable. also have some pressure in the southern areas. when should I go in to get checked out? my water hasn't broke but my mother had to have her water broken by the doctors. this is my first.

I'd say 3 minutes. they forced my water to break. I had gone in for my first at 7 or five i can't remember and they sent me home to wait it out. I went in that afternoon cause they just got to bad to handle. had her the next morning. didn't break my water till after midnight
how close together should they be? especially if my water doesn't break
I'm also 38wks in 30min... Having same as u this is my 7th baby.. I'm not going until there painful enough but if u feel u need to never hesitate
They probably won't do anything until contractions get closer together. If you're concerned then call your hospitals labor & delivery department
