Your body metabolizes alcohol in your breastmilk just like it does in your blood. So basically you don't want to get drunk and breastfeed. It's ok to have a couple and still feed as long as you don't feel tipsy. If you feel the liquor then you need to pump and dump.
pump before you drink so your baby has milk. when your done drinking wait a little and pump and dump then you should be fine. they also sell tester strips to see if your milk has alcohol in it.

no just pump and wait an hour before feeding. it helps you produce more milk.
