so im 29 weeks and 4 days. went in today and the dr told me I was 1 cm dialated. has anyone else been through this and how lng did it take to get to a 5?

I got checked I was at 2cm then a week later got checked again and was at a 5 but now haven't changed 3 weeks later 😡 just walk walk walk that's what I did and went from 2cm to 5
