Anyone had itchy wrists before? Mine are really bad they are so sore where I keep scratching

Put something cold on like peas out the freezer that's the only thing to stop the nerve endings from itching x

@jayden19, it's driving me crazy. Just tonight it's started and I've not got any cream on me to put on them. X
