I don't know if am having a fake contractions or real.
my belly gets really hard like a rock & that happened 4 times in 10 min. it last bout 1 min.

if there more than 6 in an hour you need to call your Dr. or midwife. cause it could be real contractions at that point. if they get stronger they are not Braxton Hicks. if you lay down and they stop there Braxton Hicks. if you drink lots of water and they stop they are Braxton Hicks.
Kinda hard to time these but they arnt that painful but about 7 mins apart
Contractions just went too 5 mins apart for 30 mins and than spreads back out to about 10 mins 😩
I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I’m cramping soooo bad right now, only a min or 2 at a time but they’re coming every 5 min or so is that normal?
Contractions 10 mins apart and they last 1 min and 30 secs Doctors won’t let me go in unless they are 5 mins or less.

if you can move around and they stop it's Braxton hicks. or if they don't hurt.
