so do any exercising mamas have any tips on exercises to do? I'm not chubby, I'd consider myself healthy looking, I just want to tone up the body. I haven't exercised in a very long time. I'm talking middle school haha.
Lol try something to ease into it like PiYo or even some T25. They both include cardio and some body sculpting and resistance work. If you need help getting your hands on something like this, let me know. :)
