Ladies, how long and how often did you swaddle your little ones?

I did it for about a month after he came home from the NICU because he was used to being swaddled

I did it for a few weeks my twins hate it they love stretching

I only did a little bit after my daughter was born, probably for the first week or too. then I just didn't anymore.

newborn til about 3 months at night and naps alot more often when she was a newborn

i didnt swaddle my daughter when she was born and i problaly wont swaddle my son whe. hes born cause i heard on the news that was bad for them.
