has anyone had a vaginal birth then had to have a c section for medical reasons with their second baby? I had my son vaginally but had a fourth degree tear..which is the worst you can have. if I had my daughter vaginally there would be a chance of me never having feeling again..... but I am so so nervous about having my first surgery EVER next week to get my.baby here safely!!
