I'm exclusively pumping and my nipples are KILLING me. Any advice on how to soothe them?

Put breast milk on them & let them air dry. Also get some nipple cream.

@fancy.shattuck, I do both already... It's becoming super frustrating and everything I read is something that I've tried. This did not happen with my first and I am becoming discourage...

Hmm. Are your nipple shields on your pump the right size? Or maybe you have it set too high. Other than that, I'm not really sure.
