Morning Preggies! Half a day of work today, and I'm so looking forward to it ✊🏼 Yesterday was my first time taking a Benadryl to help me sleep, and let me tell you, it was the best thing I've done 😂 I feel so rested and not tired whatsoever 👏🏼

@motherof6joys, so you use them for the right purpose, and they're still awesome 😭✊🏼 I've never used them before but I saw that we could use it while being pregnant and it helps you sleep so I'm like like fvck it! 😂 best thing I've done lol

Lol yes it started that way. Now if I sneeze I pop one or two just because I know I'll be sleep within the hour and feeling rejuvenated when I wake up 😂😂

I didn't know benadryl was ok to take. I take unisome. help me with nausea and I sleep like a baby. unless im starving like I am now craving ice cream and I have non lol then im awake. hahaha

@ketymrtnz, talk to your dr first about unisome. just to make sure. thats when I take my prenatal also because im going to sleep and it can stay down. but it has helped. I sometimes sleep for a long long time and I feel refreshed. our bodies need it. were making a baby inside us ot takes a lot of energy so we need our rest. I take unisome every night with prenatal and blood pressure meds.

@ketymrtnz, I didnt want to take it at first but when you dont sleep in a week because of peeling throwing up and being uncomfortable. .. its worth it. baby needs mommy to get her rest so baby can get full development. let me know how it works for you. you might be able to call your dr and ask him/her
