question ladies :] what is the best birth control method to use after u had your baby? I have my appointment soon and I have to decide on one.. have not had sex yet and I'm afraid to lol but I want to use something that will last for at least a year or more :D someone help thanks

nextplanon arm implant is good for up to 3 years but u can also get it removed when ur ready I've Had it for about 3 months no complaints
