Does anybody else absolutely hate the color pink? I do so of course god would give me a baby girl due in February lol. well I have expressed this to my fiancés family and they just want to fight it! I even said if you can't find clothes that are not pink please get her something else she will need (shampoo,laundry detergent, toys...) but every single one of them got her bright pink stuff. like seriously im not putting my daughter in that. even my fiancé thinks they are being ridiculous.

@mw1620, haha yea I know that is going to be my daughter too. and when she is old enough to say she wants pink stuff I will give it to her just not yet. lol she don't get a choice yet.
that's what I told my ex and his family now I cnt get away from it cause its her favorite color and her sisters is purple
@charlotttesmama6515, I love carter's! lol I try to keep my mouth shut but sometimes its just to much. I would be so upset if my mom hated my daughters name! im happy you didn't change it. @peaceinfall I so agree!
OMG THIS WAS ME! People have the nerve to tell me it's rude for me to tell them not to buy pink FOR MY DAMN DAUGHTER ! Are you kidding me!! They are not taking into account about my personality and my aesthetic! This post just got me hype again about it 😤
Carters has a great selection of colors. There's where I bought 80% of her little baby clothes and then gymboree and baby gap now that she's bigger. The best thing I can think of is to drop it. The more important you make it, the more they will try to defy you. You can always return the clothes or donate them. I went through this with my daughter and mother, but it was over her name. My mom didn't like it and thought she should have a say. She took every opportunity to say it was ugly or suggest new names. I didn't change the name. She doesn't call her by her name, she calls her the baby. She never got over it, but I learned to just ignore her.
@charlotttesmama6515, yea I know. they really don't have much for infants they do get more color choices when they get older (my luck she will be all about pink lol) me and his family well his moms side don't get along. they come from money and don't like me and my family cause we are from the country and don't feel the need to act like we are better then others. so every chance they get they argue with me.
I don't like pink either and requested non pink clothes for my shower. Most people listened, but I still got and kept pink things. Honestly you will not be able to keep a little girl 100% pink free. But I did her room in tiffany blue and lavender though.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Lol yea I couldn't stop her even though now shes grown out of it and wants nothing but trucks and cars which I'm totally fine with lol
