RANT!
I hate to be a PITA patient but sometimes you just have to stand your ground. Went to MFM today for a routine appt and the office was so not on the ball today. US tech wouldn't say two words to us about the twins and didn't even let us hear heartbeats! Then after a painful 45 min US my bp was very very high, so they tell me I'll be taken to a room for observation. I get to my room and the nurses tell me in being admitted for an overnight stay. Wth? I'm 3 hrs from home and my kids can't be left overnight!
At this point I'm so upset at everything j almost walk out. I've had no food since 10 am and it's now 3, they won't let me eat or drink til the floor doc sees me (which doesn't happen until almost 6!!) and I'm POed. Come to find out I have a very low sodium level (I think it's due to not eating, usually my levels are perfect). So now I'm stuck here, and they're trying to kick my hubby out because he's cuddling me in my bed to keep me calm and help me rest. I made it clear I'll sign out AMA if they try it. If they want me to be cooperative at this point they better leave me alone and let me rest any way I can. Ugh.

There is no need to be rough to is during an US. Makes me so mad when they are.
Mine was like that my last u,s so quiet and rough it was so painful I told her to calm down because she literally made me sore for days

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Wow usually they are so accommodating when you ask questions about twins, mostly cuz twins are so high risk...Am curious what they think is wrong....I hope they figure it out. Whatever it is, your husband should be able to stay as long as he wants!
