I have leg cramps like crazy!!!! They are horrible when I stretch in the am especially like back to back... I almost be in tears!!! They be so bad they wake my hubby up in the am and I have him rub my legs me!!!! What do I need to do....???? Any help is welcomed!!!!!
pickle juice yes I 4got that 1 lol & drink kool-aid or the flavor sticks u put in water just 2 get it down uk

@ana2016, I used to be an athletic before I had my 1st son 4 yrs ago.... I used to run track and play softball!!!! Me and my hubby used to work out a lot before this pregnancy!!! I need to try the pickle juice tho... Never tho of it
my husband makes me take a shot of pickle juice or more , works for me . maybe not for some cuz they think it's gross lol
banana or plum will help & sometimes I even take a benadryl if it's restless leg syndrome or rubbing alcohol or witch hazel it helps to
Yes pickle juice works for me! it saves me from so much pain lol
banana is a must also but if you want quick relief I'd go with the pickle juice @mommiebear111416
