Is there anything I can do for a fever?? I've tried a warm bath/shower. Not sure exactly what i can take for it.

@radatzmama, acetaminophen is what you can take for pain relief when pregnant.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
