need after baby thoughts!!

lil back story I had a normal period after my baby that is 6 months old

at 4 weeks I got birth control

went two months spotting then got a different one and had no period for 3 more months I stopped birth control on Thanksgiving and just got my period yesterday ...

here is how I'm feeling I have had sinuses for months cause of the weather so that's no big deal

I'm having what seems like hot flashes a major headache and my body hurts and a heavy flow and now I have a fever .. has anyone else experienced this ?
