this is my 4th one but I deal with constipation even when I'm not pregnant it sucks but luckily the glass of prune juice and then a glass of water behind it has been helping so I get to avoid the medicines for now

I'm usually pretty regular when not pregnant, but this is my second pregnancy and with both I was badly constipated. but good luck, hopefully they give u good new.

Well I ask everytime I go to the dr with each pregnancy I have constipation bad even when I'm not pregnant and none of the Dr's won't to see if there is an underlying issue they just want to tell me use stool softners Dr's these days are getting lazy lol @smiles2 so I will talk with my Dr when I go to my next appointment but I may drink some of this for tonight

I just asked my doc about it at my first app a few days ago. she said a Miralax is save, there is a line on the inside of the cap. fill it to the line and mix it with 8oz of water and it's fine to take it once every day to help you stay regular. or Metamucil take as it says on the bottle or they have it in pull from too! I'm so glad I asked. I have terrible constipation too. I was the Miralax and it's doing wonders for me. good luck, hope you get some relieve soon!

@mskayftm2016 I still do I just usually have to have something for gas near by and take stool softners and drink a glass of prune juice if I eat that stuff so I won't have gas pain but it is terrible I love milk and salads

and @lae1988 i was just dealing with this today its horrible! lol ill be fine for a while and then ill have like 2 days where there is no passing,has to be the worst part for me besides tryng to sleep

@trayt15, prune juice helps me it just takes up to an hour 2 hours or so

oh no @mskayftm2016 milk is one of those things I can't touch will make me feel like this even worst lol I can't eat eggs or drink milk or eat cheese or salads or apples it will make me have gas pains an then I stay constipated and im pregnant I would have issues lol

Milk usually helps for me

I went about a week and I hurt so bad, my stomach looked like I was about to pop lol. I got the grapefruit juice and a day or so later.....

They have me do one cap full in 8oz of fluid twice a day

how much miralax do I take I have a bottle of it but it has the dosage on it for my daughter @seckler89

senna-s. it's a laxative with stool softener. they prescribed it to Me after delivery and after i had surgery 2weeks ago

Well I have only prune juice for now @trayt15 but I will get me some of that to I can't sleep when I feel like this

Can we use that I have always been told I can add more fiber and do the whole stool softners but I can't take it no more I ate dinner and after eating I have been hurting also I haven't went in prob a week it's frustrating

I drank grapefruit juice. Surprisingly it worked.

miralax works wonders
