ok so I need advice the baby's dad has said its not his since I was almost 8 weeks i am now 16 weeks and he called me a couple weeks ago and was saying its his and now he's back saying its not his and has his new girlfriend and his family convinced its not his and I was juat trying to trap him I know for a fact it is his and I don't want to be the "mean" person in the situation but If he wants something to do with his kid I don't want it around every female he's been with since we split he's been with 2 other females what should I do

Honestly you can't make it so he can't have females around his kid he's going to do it regardless. Now if you want you could do a DNA test I can't remember at how many weeks they do it in but you can prove it to him that its his or just not care and X him out completely because you don't have time for a sometimes dad.

he's in the military so honestly with us not being together I don't know how they would do it with visitation or anything

^ what she said. and if you want support from him knowing it his, child support requires a paternity test be done. so when you file the paper he'll receive instruction for that to be taken care of as well
