My sons was similar, it means the cord fell off a little early and so it's still kinda raw in there. Just keep it dry, maybe put some alcohol on it to dry it out...if it starts smelling bad, it might be infected, but I'm sure it's fine!

it's normal I used warm water and a rag to keep it clean. I know drs say it dosnt hurt the baby to use alcohol but It probably dosnt feel the best

It might be infected if it's bleeding. I'd take the baby to the doctor just to be safe
