When can I start exercises to tone up my stomach? And what exercises are best?
Not sure about any exercises, but you can start them when your doctor clears you, usually at your 6 week pp check up.
I started exercising about 3 weeks after delivery! Sit ups & crunches are best for toning up your stomach, but the treadmill is great too!
