2 weeks postpartum and not too shabby! Already 10 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight...so happy!

When can I start exercises to tone up my stomach? And what exercises are best?

I started exercising about 3 weeks after delivery! Sit ups & crunches are best for toning up your stomach, but the treadmill is great too!

Not sure about any exercises, but you can start them when your doctor clears you, usually at your 6 week pp check up.
