any ideas for naturally inducing after membranes being stripped? lost my mucus plug & mild cramps once in awhile but nothing yet 😑

she told me hopefully 24-48 hours but that was Monday haha I am giving it time just want to see if anything works cause on Monday I was 3 cm and 80% effaced .. just eager to finally meet my babygirl haha ! @aubreysmommy021016

my Dr told me to try heating pads on my breasts, and nipple stimulation. Didn't work for me, but might for you..
