Baby Blakely. 6 lbs 4 ozs 21 inches long:) my water broke at 3:00pm yesterday and I had her in my arms at 8:44pm, only pushed for 12 minutes and had no tearing!

My doctor had me pause for 10 seconds twice while she was crowning so that it gave me time to stretch, it was very uncomfortable but way worth it!

@grifhil2 do most doctors have you do that during labor?! Because if there's any way I can have no tearing I want to do whatever I can. But I know it comes with the birth process for most. I'm almost 20 weeks with my rainbow baby, so I'm pretty clueless with some stuff.
