hi I have a question I am a ftm I know I may sound dumb right now asking but what do contractions feel like I swear I just felt one and it hurt so bad that I couldn't sit up lay down or be on my side I wouldn't even let my fiance touch my belly it hurt so bad someone help me its only came once and gone away I'm so scared right now😫

@tj96, I think I'm experiencing the same thing. I just hit 33 weeks yesterday and have been having a lot pressure back pain and mild cramps
its only happened once So far & I am only 32w&5d my water didn't even break yet nor did my mucus plug come out
So it sounds like you are having them your body is getter ready. If they are 3-7 mins apart then you should call your doc or L&D
Mine feel like it my stomach muscles get tight and then the pain goes to my sides to my back along with period like cramps. They are very painful and uncomfortable.
They could just be Braxton hicks. Call the hospital they are there to answer our questions. ☺️
