i used to be able to keep it for the most part in control until yesterday. everything just seems to make it all worse
i fight with it on a daily basis...was on meds but got taken off them when i got pregnant so now i gotta just deal. ive found a few ways to ground myself when i feel like im losing control
iv deled with it on my own the past 8 yrs without any meds. now that i cant take it anymore on my own. i cant have them till June. im going crazy.
