nope but to get child support you have to get a DNA test done. also even if they have their last name you can still get child support. . my friend is separated and her kids have their dad's last name and for 2 kids she's getting 700$.

Either way u can still get child support. That's what DNA test are for. But do what's best for u hun. Some guys don't deserve that privilege tho.

No you don't have to! I gave my first born her fathers last name now I'm going through a legal name change with my attorney so she can have my last name since he has been a dead beat smh.... My husband now has been her father since she was 4 (she is 7 now).

nope. if he has been there for you then you probably should but if he hasnt i wouldnt. you have every right to leave him off if you feel he doesnt deserve to be there.
