My friend used them throughout her pregnancy and swore by them. :) it's worth a shot.

yes but they hurt my wrist after a certain since its pursuing a pressure point for a long while. I ended up taking a vitamin over the counter the times a day to help. it's vitamin b 12 or 6 25mg I.can't remember.

I've tried crackers but even like my favorite drinks makes me sick and @callumsmommy I might have to try that I hate taken anything though... And the nurse I work with said they work really well just wasn't sure :) thank y'all girls :)

Yeah they do go on your wrist... And I'm so hard headed... I might have to end up taken something if the wrist bands don't work first 😁

sea bands saved me! I slept in mine and didn't take them off for like 8 weeks.
