oh dude I had that problem with my oldest son & my husbands aunt she was really close to one of his ex's and kept telling her not to worry I'm a whore & he probably wasn't Travis's & now she sucks my ass.

I can't stand my grandmother in law, my son measured a month ahead of where he should've been, so her first thought was that I had cheated on him and then carried on trying to get us to get an annulment on our marriage because she didn't think I was a competent wife....

You know what's up & What's best for your child NOT them yes advice helps but when they disrespect the parent/Parents that's taking it way to far do what you have to do for you & your little one. @wes.nation

I feel the same way with mostly every woman on his side they don't like to be told anything because they get mad and say you don't trust me and you act like I don't know how to take care of a baby when I have kids I took care of. But they never ask if they can give her certain foods and try to give her food from their spoon. And they straight up say I am not going to respect your little wishes because I know how to take care of kids and I'm at the point where I don't want them around me or my daughter..

Sometimes you just have to put your foot down even if it makes you the bad guy. Especially for the safety and well being of your kid.

@firsttimemomma, oh I know I told them not to be holding her and bouncing her 24/7 because then she will want to be held and bounced all the time. She still does it and now my daughter won't go to bed unless I'm walking around with her bouncing her. And one time she kept my daughter over night and I told her that she is not to go anywhere because her great grandpa has been wanting to take her and show her off to everyone and she said well why can't he take her and I was like because it's been freezing out and I don't want her to get sick I wanted to just grab my daughter and leave. I have rules set for a reason.

I don't mind advice from them but if I chose to physically discipline my child that would be my choice. Lol although she gives me no advice. Barley even talks to me. Like it was her grandsons first Christmas and they couldn't even wish him a merry Christmas...

@des11, Oh believe me when we lived with her & she went behind my back we fought when we got our own place i made it clear DONT come to my house telling MY kid's what to do.

Nov 2011 he was on drugs & Lived with his aunt he cheated on me and I still stuck by him by July 2012 we were back together and he was clean WHY? BECAUSE OF ME. but I'm not Good enough for him.👎

My mother in law is pretty good, minds her own business, gives me advice but all she asks is that I don't physically discipline my son, she doesn't like hitting. I'm sure she talks shit behind my back sometimes but I do it, too. My grandmother-in-law is kind of the same way, but she's older. So she likes to criticize way, WAY more. Like no. Go away pls

hell my own grandmother does that shit. I told her not to put his pacifier in his mouth unless he was crying as she was ramming it in and pissing him off and she looked at me and said Jordan Nichole I think I've raised a few babies in my time I know what I'm doing. I know the feeling. And when I have specific rules set for my kids well being don't question me and ask why. They tend to do that. It ticks me off

I hate my mother in law. She's a crazy lady who can't stand me being around. So my husband cut her off because she always pulls some sort of crazy crap causing her and my husband too fight and stop talking. She blames it on me. So my husband said if my wife can't be there then neither can I. Sad part is she will never see her grandson or any grand children again.

His mother isn't so bad now that we've set ground rules , I can't tell you how many times his grandma & I have been into it I was nice & let stuff go for along time than one day she called me fat , Slapped my oldest son & said I needed to be a better mom. I lost it I'm 18 I've been a mom since I was 15 besides my husband I didn't have help even with him I did EVERYTHING so I know what being a good mom is.
