I took it apart after all lines were there

once you take it apart it's invalid. you should retest

you might want to take another one normally it says on the container or box how long to wait and then how long after you wait the results are invalid. normally it is 2-3min then it has a reading and after 10 min its basically useless

it sat for about 10 minutes , maybe 15..

How long has it been sitting?
