what can I do for I can stop cramping?

Yea that's what I have been told through here. Since I'm not bleeding it doesn't worry me... That's what they had told me when I first found I was pregnant that if I'm having cramps it's normal but if there is bleeding to go to the er

she told me it was normal nd to drink water nd lots of water but she said it was from the uterus stretching @sweetmommy26

Ive been having cramping too.. Usually it's the uterus stretching.. What did your OB say?
