Well for the first they'll probably ask about any issues you're having and such and do an exam to see where you're having issues. My chiro specializes in pediatrics and pregnancy so he's excellent and super thorough. At my weekly appt he has me sit and adjusts my neck, he had a table where I can lay on my belly and he adjusts my back (and tailbone!) and then he has me lay on my back and he stretches my round ligaments:)

Yes! I see mine once a week! Wish I would have known about it with my first! I feel soooo much better this time around!
