i dont have two kids this will be my first but me and my younger brother are one year apart and we are closer than anyone in my family so in my opinion its not a nad thing it just means they can grow up together and rely on each other

It's what's right for YOU! It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks as long as you are excited and ready!!

It's not wrong. It's hard. My boys have a 2.5 year gap, and my youngest son and daughter due in May will be 2 years apart.

With my boys, I felt like what made it easy for me was that I had my older son out of diapers, he was talking and walking. I feel like had my boys been closer, it would have been harder. Some people believe you need gaps in the kids ages because it gives you time to enjoy their early stages and not feel like you're spending more time with another sibling. Which is exactly what happens. So no, it's not wrong. It's a difference in opinion to people and some just don't know how to express their opinions in a positive way.

No problem!! I've been there wondering what people would think of me. I was engaged and had my first son then his father and I split. Then I got married and had my second son and then his father and I divorced. Now I am remarried and finally living out my happily ever after with my third baby on the way. It took a while to realize it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, only that I myself am happy 🙂

I have an 8 month old and am 28 weeks pregnant. she was two months old when we got pregnant again and she'll be 11 months when I have this one. I'm not married to their dad. we weren't planning either of them but they're our miracles, especially since I thought I couldn't even have kids. who cares what anyone says, all that matters is if you're happy and if it's right for you guys. all I ever hear about is how busy I'm gonna be and I'm gonna have my hands full and I can't believe you're pregnant again. look, neither can we but I am and I know I'm gonna be a psychotic, sleep deprived zombie but I'm ok with it.

@babyaubriel101933, I personally think it's great, you won't have to worry about your daughter being out of diapers and then having to start buying them again!!
