So Everyday I Never Really Sleep At Night. I'm Up Then Fall Asleep For 2 Hours Wake Up At 5 To Go Potty , Stay Up Will 8. Fall Asleep For Another 3 Hours Then Be Up. But By 3:30 I'll Sleep At Least 5 Times Thoughout The Day. 😔 Oh How I Miss Sleeping At Night

Lol well my baby will be great I sleep like she/he (hoping for she) will her 1at few days outside. lol & same here. this app is awesome @babyray2016

Yes It Was Easy While i Was Working. but since school is out o have a few weeks off. but now its like my spare time hose to sleeping. wish I don't want. but now I have to urge to get out the house more @babyray2016 just have no friends lol

I Hope So. I know I can be wide awake During the day one minute and the next ready to sleep like a baby @babyray2016 but once night hits I'm Up Like a vampire. Lola

yes It will be hard. lol But I Think I'll Try That suggestion , only because I miss sleep at night . although when I sleep throughout the day its less then an hour. I'll sleep at 4 and maybe weak up 4:25 , But I'll do anything for my night sleep back @edomke

So I had severe insomnia on and off through out my pregnancy and my doctor told me to stop napping during the day even if it's really hard not to. So I listened and I actually started sleeping better at night. He said if you have to nap only nap 30 minutes of anymore you are messing up your REM cycle. As hard as it sounds I would try to stay up until like eight at night then go to sleep
