I feel so exhausted but can't sleep. I am always wanting to eat... any ideas if more healthy filling foods?
all I wanted was noodles and spicy food. But peanuts, fresh fruits and vedgies especially greens, chicken, fish and red meat are really good for you and will make you feel fuller longer. It did for me at least. have you had your glucose test yet?
Baby Spinach, hummus, cheese & tomato toasted in oven sandwich! Very healthy, safe and yummy during pregnancy!!

I can't stand fish, and also can't have fresh citrus because I'm allergic which makes things hard because I love orange juice!
